ABOUTUS

At Tarwin Lower Primary school, we provide each student with a high quality education. Each child’s social, emotional and behavioural well-being is nurtured to ensure they achieve their full potential. We provide a rich learning environment that caters for various learning styles. We aim to engage learners through real life activities conducted within a stimulating learning space.

We have a dedicated library, art room and music room, which supports our comprehensive and creative programs. Our school vegetable garden and kitchen facility are used to prepare healthy school lunches for the students each week. The garden also supports our Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program, allowing students to be involved from planting seeds, to harvesting the crops, to cooking the produce.

The large play area is situated in an attractive setting amongst native and deciduous trees and garden beds. There is an on-going commitment to provide a safe and attractive environment for the students.
